Gordon's Background Bio
Background - Gordon grew up in the Portland Metro area. He has seen Oregon's population multiply, the growth of business, and the impact it has had on local communities. He has learned to successfully navigate the towns and the unique intricacies of each city and urban market. His experience and knowledge create a distinct advantage for his clients.
Prior to joining the Better Homes and Gardens Realty team, Gordon spent 15 years as a small local business owner. He built a successful dental laboratory with strong customer relationships. He was among the first to utilize state-of-the-art technology for dental implants.
His passion for technology grew, transitioning him into the local semiconductor industry. He worked with Intel for 15 years in the development of the latest computer chip design. Gordon is a man of drive and vision and has repeatedly demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills in all arenas of his personal and business life.
Gordon is a family man. He has been married for 47 years. He has two children and four grandchildren. Gordon enjoys the Northwest outdoors and sharing his love for fishing with family and friends.
Gordon has purchased and sold several homes and investment properties. He understands the importance of the bottom line for landlords and investors. Gordon has logged thousands of hours on remodeling projects for himself and others, showing how with just a little research, patience and elbow grease, one can create endless possibilities for their homes.
Professional Affiliations - Gordon is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR), and the Portland Metro Association of Realtors (PMAR). He is an active member in his church and has coached youth basketball and baseball.
He is a Director on the Board for Clackamas County Meals on Wheels, Inc which helps continue the service of over 15,000 meals monthly in Clackamas County.
